- View point repairs to Benches, Andrea Sayer awaiting quote from original supplier then Patrick Andrew to ask Bruce Laughton for help
- Phone Box, Brendan Carson getting quote for blast and paint, Patrick Andrew to ask Bruce Laughton for help
- It was reported by Sylvia Michael that farmers can now submit invoice for clearing snow, need to find level of recompense from Bruce and ask if local farmers are interested
- Tree Conservation, Mike Catchpole now retired, Duty Planner on 650000 is new point of contact
- Highways point of contact is Carl Whitley 01623 520724, await visit to discuss culvert collapsing & spring on The Hollows
- Japanese Knott weed is a reportable weed, any sightings to Patrick please

For the Diamond Jubilee Celebration, Jane Kinnear has gained matched funding from George Sycamore of NSDC to tune of £496 along with use of similar value of fund from Bruce, a good result Jane !
